Cambodia Opposition Party Demands to Check Ballots

PHNOM PENH A Cambodian opposition party on Sunday dismissed a statement by election authorities that there was no sign of fraud in the July polls and demanded access to the ballots to verify the claim. The National Election Committee (NEC) said late on Saturday that it had accounted for all used, unused and reserve ballots and found the total number of ballots equals the number of ballots printed (Reuter)
